By using this website, submitting an inquiry, creating an account, or engaging Crownlight Strategies LLC for services, you represent that you are legally able to enter into these Terms. If you are acting for a company or organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

Crownlight Strategies LLC provides business consulting, growth strategy, advertising, marketing, process improvement, sales enablement, technology, software, and related professional services. Specific deliverables, pricing, timelines, responsibilities, and commercial terms may be governed by a separate proposal, statement of work, subscription agreement, or service agreement.
3. Intellectual Property
The website, trademarks, service marks, branding, text, graphics, software, workflows, designs, reports, and other materials are owned by Crownlight Strategies LLC or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. No ownership rights are transferred except where expressly stated in a written agreement.
4. Customer Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information, use the website and services lawfully, protect account credentials, and avoid unauthorized access, interference, scraping, reverse engineering, misuse, or infringement. You are responsible for information, instructions, and materials you submit to Crownlight.
5. Payments
Fees, payment schedules, deposits, recurring charges, taxes, refunds, and cancellation terms will be described in the applicable proposal, invoice, subscription, or service agreement. Unless otherwise stated in writing, fees for completed work and incurred third-party costs are nonrefundable.

8. No Professional Guarantee
Business, marketing, advertising, technology, and operational outcomes depend on numerous factors outside Crownlight's control. Unless expressly stated in a signed agreement, Crownlight does not guarantee a particular revenue result, campaign outcome, ranking, conversion rate, or business result.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Crownlight Strategies LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, lost opportunities, or business interruption arising from use of the website or services. Any additional liability terms contained in a signed agreement will control for those services.
10. Third-Party Services
The website and services may interact with third-party platforms, vendors, websites, APIs, or software. Crownlight is not responsible for third-party availability, security, content, policies, or performance.
11. Termination
Crownlight may suspend or terminate access to the website or services where reasonably necessary to address unlawful activity, security threats, nonpayment, misuse, breach of an agreement, or material risk to Crownlight, its clients, or its systems.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Applicable disputes will be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction located in Massachusetts unless a separate written agreement states otherwise.
13. Changes to These Terms
Crownlight may update these Terms periodically. The effective date shown above identifies the latest revision. Continued use of the website after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
